This is the easiest recipes for asparagus I've ever seen. My mom taught me how to make this super simple side dish!
All you'll need is:
-tin foil
-asparagus
-shredded mozzarella cheese
-olive oil (optional)
Directions:
1. After washing asparagus, cut the ends off the bottom - no one likes that tough part.
2. Line asparagus stalks along a tin foil covered cookie sheet.
3. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese (to your liking - I like to cover most of the middle section - add a little pepper if you want a little more flavor too!)
4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
5. For added tenderness, remove halfway through baking and brush both ends of stalks with olive oil.
6. Serve and enjoy!!

Skinny Sunrise Smoothie
This is a great smoothie to make for breakfast if you wake up feeling bloated! Pineapple juice is a natural diuretic and so it helps your body flush out any excess toxins formed in the kidneys & liver. It also contains an enzyme, bromelain, which has been said to aid digestion of proteins. Bananas are also great sources of potassium, which is great at absorbing the retained water in your body into the cells.
That being said, here's my super easy "skinny smoothie" recipe:
1 banana
6 oz pineapple juice
Ice
That's it. Blend together, adding more ice to increase thickness in consistency and you have an easy and deliciously light smoothie!
