Ingredients:
- 2-3 kirby cucumbers
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Peel & slice cucumbers
- Add to bowl or jar and cover with 2 cups of apple cider vinegar
- Sprinkle salt and pepper (I've listed the amounts I use, but it's really to taste)
- Fill the remainder of the container with water
- Let sit for at least 20 minutes
- Enjoy!
